Q: I forgot to tell you to return my document instead of shredding it. Is it too late?

A: We hold documents for 5 days after they've been e-mailed. Contact Us  or call us at (732) 276-2443 and leave a message to request that we return them.  We will check our messages before shredding.

Q: I forgot to tell you my e-mail address, fax number, and/or return address.  What do I do?

A: Contact Us  and provide as much detail as possible.  We'll look for your order form with missing information and review the description of your documents.

Q: My documents are private and confidential. How secure are my files?

A: We take your privacy seriously.  Back ups are saved in archives on hard drives at our office and copies are only privided back to your original delivery address or e-mail address by request.  Mail we receive is only opened at our office and treated with confidentiality.  Copies and original documents only leave the office sealed in envelopes or shredded using a cross cut shredder.

Q: Can I retrieve my back up files online?

A: No, currently back ups are available by request through your e-mail address originally used or CD via mail.  There is a $5.00 fee to retrieve your files from the archive plus additional shipping cost if applicable.

Q: Can I drop off my document at your office directly?

A: Sorry, we currently only accept documents by mail.

Q: Do you scan 11" x 17" documents?

A: We do not currenly scan documents that large, but we will accommodate irregularly shaped documents under letter size by request.

Q:  Where can I get a PDF file viewer?

A: Adobe Acrobat Reader is available for free online from Adobe.
